Print the planner you already have.
- Use the PDF you already have
- Use a planner you bought, downloaded or made. Resize the whole page without stretching it, and check any extra white space before exporting.
- Know what goes on each side
- Check every front/back pair, including added blanks. Download one file for automatic duplex or separate Fronts and Backs for manual printing.
- Test a repeatable back-side shift
- Check scale with the 100 mm test rulers. If the back repeats the same shift, measure it and apply an offset. Varying shifts or skew need a printer or feed check.
- Keep usable text and vectors
- Supported text and vector artwork stay in your exported PDF. Scans remain images; enlarging them does not add detail.
One insert per output side. Print the exported file at 100% / Actual size, then cut. This tool does not provide borderless printer modes, two-up spreads, cutting or punching services.

Planner PDF printing questions
Can I resize an A5 planner PDF to Half Letter?
Yes. Select Half Letter and Fit whole design. An A5 design scales to about 94.39%, keeping its proportions with space above and below. A5 is wider than Half Letter, so Actual size cannot fit it into that narrower frame. See the dimensions and worked example.
Why are my double-sided planner pages not lining up?
Start with a test sheet. If the 100 mm ruler is the wrong length, check scaling first. If the back repeats the same shift, measure it upright and enter that observed offset. Varying shifts or skew cannot be corrected with one X/Y value. Follow the alignment checks.
Will this remove white borders from my printer?
No. Printer margins and borderless modes depend on the printer, paper and driver. You can place a smaller insert on A4 or Letter paper and cut around it, provided the design and trim marks fit your printable area.
Can I print Personal-size inserts on standard paper?
Use Custom trim and enter your own insert measurements, within the tool’s supported range of 60–210 mm wide and 100–260 mm high. The exported full sheet is A4 or Letter, with one insert per side for cutting. This does not enable automatic duplex on a small paper size your printer rejects.
What happens when my planner PDF has an odd number of pages?
Duplex adds a final blank when needed: a seven-page file becomes eight output sides on four sheets. Original blank pages stay. If the first source page is a back, choose that setting to add a blank front. Single-sided mode does not add pairing blanks.
Is the tool free, and do I have to upload my PDF?
Yes. Resize and export individual PDFs for free, including double-sided output and test sheets. No account, watermark or export cooldown. Plus adds batch processing and saved print profiles for US$9 once when sales open. Your PDF stays in your browser. Compare Core and Plus. Read how files and storage are handled.
A SMALL NOTE BEFORE YOU PRINT
Before you print
Print at 100% / Actual size. Match your paper and flip edge. If the shift changes from sheet to sheet, check the printer rather than chasing an offset.
